A BLAST FROM THE PAST!
Although not an OG colorway, the “Green Bean” Air Jordan 5 is still regarded as a classic with seasoned sneakerheads. Fashioned in the same way as the original release, we can expect this shoe to essentially be identical to the pair that dropped in the mid-2000s.
A rather minimalist colorway, the upper comes in a crisp grey nu-buck, with green accents making their way to the Jumpman branding, sock-liner, and midsole accents. The midsole comes in a darker shade of grey with an icy outsole.

The Air Jordan 5 was originally released back in 1990 and was another Air Jordan silhouette designed by world-renowned sneaker designer, Tinker Hatfield. At the time of its release, the AJ5 featured a premium price tag of $125.
Visible Air Unit The Air Jordan 5 continued the trend started by the AJ3 by featuring a visible air unit which was a smash-hit within the industry and changed the footwear landscape forever.
Fighter Jet Inspiration The mid-foot design element that is sometimes referenced as “shark teeth”, was actually inspired by the imagery often found on old-school fighter jets.
