Jordan Brand Is Set To Release An Imaginative Air Jordan 4 Colorway Exclusively For Women In Fall/Winter 2022!
Another Women’s Exclusive Air Jordan 4 is coming in the second half of 2022 with a look and feel like nothing we’ve ever seen before. Sure to turn heads, the Air Jordan 4 “Canyon Purple” is a pair I’m honestly excited to see hit the streets, even if I can’t wear a pair myself.
Materials, Coloway And Design
Adorned with a purple, napyy suede upper, this sneaker features perfectly placed accents of black and green that appear throughout the shoe’s primary design elements which include the lace locks and speckled midsole. For added visual interest and contrast, hits of red are sparingly found behind the tongue and on the jumpman logo.
When describing this shoe, the words striking and polarizing come to mind, but nothing near basic and boring. Easily one of the more interesting Jordan Retros to release this year, I would expect the sneaker world to have plenty of varied opinions on these when they hit shelves in Q3 of this year (barring any release date changes).
Release Date And Pricing
The 2022 Air Jordan 4 Retro "Canyon Purple" is set to drop on October 15, 2022, for a retail price of $200. Want to avoid taking the “L” on release day? Air Jordan 4 Fit And Sizing Guide
The Air Jordan 4 was originally released back in 1989 and was another model designed by world-renowned sneaker designer, Tinker Hatfield.
The shoe dropped in four OG colorways and retailed for a steep $100 at the time. The iconic mesh netting that appeared on the side of the shoe is one of the trademark designs of the model, and was used to reduce the overall weight of the shoe fo Michael Jordan’s request.
Fast forward to today, and the Air Jordan 4 remains one of the most sought after silhouettes out of the entire Jordan lineup. Used as the canvas for multiple brand and artist collaborations, the AJ4 has cemented itself in sneaker history as one of the best.
