Mr. “We The Best” himself, DJ Khaled, and Jordan Brand are no strangers to collaborations, but they’re taking it up a notch here for the 2022 holiday season with the release of a series of ultra-premium Air Jordan 5 iterations. Although all colorways won’t be made available to the public, you can expect the eye-catching “Crimson Bliss” model to grace store shelves on Cyber-Monday 2022.
DJ Khaled x Air Jordan 5 “Crimson Bliss” Design Details
Featuring a plush all-leather upper, the shoe comes in a striking shade of salmon pink, that is contrasted nicely by the light blue used for the quilted sock-linker, ‘Nike Air’ and ‘We The Best’ branding found on the heel, and the “shark-teeth” decorum found on the sail-colored midsole.
For added visual interest and contrast, black can be found around the heel-counter portion of the midsole, the Jumpman logo found on the tongue, and the “keep going” patches placed on the rear side of the tongue.
Completing the package and contributing further to the premium nature of the release is the custom box and extra sets of laces that allow for custom styling options.
