No! we do not offer refunds or exchanges
Although we do not offer refunds, we encourage you to give us feedback on your purchase experience and describe any issues or concerns you may have had with your order.
How are products shipped?
packages ship Double Boxed* via FedEx or UPS Ground.
All purchases will be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground and include tracking information. Tracking details will be emailed after the order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Please allow 12-48 hours for shipping info to update after the email has been sent.
All shoes will be shipped in a standard shipping box to ensure safety through transit. Although the shipping carrier is responsible for safely handling the package, we will do our best to protect your purchase.
When should my order arrive?
99% of orders arrive No more than 5 business days after the original purchase date.
All orders will be processed and shipped from Texas within 1 Business Day. Transit times vary depending on the destination and weather conditions, but almost all orders arrive within 5 business days of the purchase date.
To ensure there are no issues with the delivery of your order, please double-check your address when entering it at checkout and please contact us within 2 hours if you recognize that an error was made after placing your order.
